The
Launch was held outside Corby on 1 June 2006 to an
invited audience of 110 representatives from Government,
interested local authorities, civil engineers, transport
authorities and rail and public transport operators.
The Event made a national news story. and was filmed
on the Day by BBC1 News, Channel Four News, Sky, BSB,
Look East and BBC News 24, amongst others.
After
lunch, the attendees went down to the trial site to
take a closer look at the HoldFast Rubber Highway.
